LPF Baltimore
Thea joined the LPF team in January 2025 as the Regional Director of Operations. She grew up in southern Pennsylvania and has called Baltimore home for over a decade. She has worked in the fitness and outdoor recreation industry for 8 years, with extensive experience in operations leadership.
Thea strongly believes in the life-changing impact of sports involvement in communities and individuals, and centers her career around reducing barriers to sports access. Outside of work, you can find Thea climbing and playing rugby, biking around Baltimore City, and hanging out with her cat, Louis.
