Kaitlin Brennan

Chief Operating Officer
LPF National

Kaitlin Brennan serves as Chief Operating Officer for Leveling the Playing Field. With over 15 years of nonprofit experience, Kaitlin joined the organization in 2018 to launch the first LPF expansion site in her hometown of Baltimore. As COO, Kaitlin oversees the day-to-day operations of all LPF locations and is working to bring LPF to even more communities across the country. Kaitlin holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and a M.P.A. from the University of Baltimore.
