Alex started at LPF SEMI as the organization’s first intern, where she helped collect and inventory more than $100,000 worth of sports equipment in just three months before graduating from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.
With over 10 years of experience working with youth, she transitioned into sport-centered nonprofit work during college. Her background includes leading an adaptive baseball program that made the game accessible to athletes of all abilities, as well as working for the Detroit Red Wings Foundation to support fundraising for youth education, sport access, and wellness across metro Detroit.
Driven by the connection and excitement that sports create, Alex is dedicated to turning her passion into meaningful, positive impact.
