Susan is a seasoned environmental attorney focusing on the environmental considerations in business transactions, permitting, and state and federal enforcement actions. Raised in the Bay Area, Susan came to the East Coast for college at the University of Pennsylvania, where she met her DC-based husband, Adam. For the last 25 years, Susan and Adam have lived in Bethesda, where they raised their two sons. The whole family is rather sports-obsessed — football, baseball, hockey, college basketball — but the only team the whole family roots for is the Washington Capitals! Susan’s passion for baseball, however, led her to be one of 4 out of 1000 applicants who was offered a part-time job with MLB to support the MLB At Bat app in the nascent years of the technology. When not cheering on a local team, Susan spends lots of time in Chatham, MA where she can walk to the Cape Cod League’s Chatham Angler’s baseball field all summer long.
