Melissa Murray Bailey is a seasoned business leader, former athlete, and passionate advocate for youth sports. Melissa serves as a Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners in the Endeavor Fund, where she works closely with portfolio companies to accelerate growth and scale operations. Prior to Vista, Melissa accumulated two decades of experience as a sales leader in SaaS. She has built and led high-performing teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and driven revenue growth for various technology companies including LinkedIn and Hootsuite.
A former athlete and the mother of a young athlete, Melissa has seen firsthand how sports build confidence, discipline, and opportunity. She believes every child deserves access to play, regardless of financial barriers. Beyond her corporate leadership, Melissa is deeply committed to community impact. She leverages her expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management to contribute to mission-driven organizations. As the Membership Chair for Impact 100 Jersey Coast, she leads efforts to engage members and fund local nonprofits, reinforcing her commitment to community impact.
Melissa lives in New Jersey with her family and is dedicated to improving equity in our communities.
