Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Governance & Operations at Merck & Co., Inc., Devin excels at translating strategic visions into actionable plans and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential. With a proven track record in various leadership roles, Devin has successfully driven major initiatives across multiple divisions within Merck.
Devin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and has earned several certifications, including Certified Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Sensei.
A self-proclaimed “athlete for life,” Devin passionately pursues health, wellness and athletic goals and tries to model to her kids that achieving said goals can continue beyond high school or college sports.
