Sean Bailey joins Leveling the Playing Field as Interim Executive Director. A former collegiate athlete and longtime youth coach, Sean brings two decades of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth and transformation. His focus will be strengthening operations, supporting staff, and positioning LPF for long-term success in expanding access to sports for all children.
