LPF Western New York
In July 2023, LPF welcomed Taylor as the Program Director for the Western New York Site of Leveling the Playing Field. A native of the region, Taylor has a strong athletic background, having played soccer, lacrosse, and ran track. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Student/Public Administration from Binghamton University.
Taylor’s experience managing a food pantry has provided her with essential skills in volunteer coordination, community engagement, and efficient warehouse management, all of which she brings to this role. Since its launch, the WNY site has made significant strides, collecting over $500,000 worth of equipment and engaging more than 500 volunteers.
In August 2024, LPF Western New York began distributing gear to under-resourced schools, teams, leagues, and youth-serving organizations in the area. To date, LPF WNY has successfully redistributed over $85,000 worth of gear back into the community.
